She is recognised for her ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, underpinned by high attention to detail and strong organisational skills that have consistently delivered results across every role she has held.
Diksha’s career spans some of India’s leading hospitality brands. Prior to joining Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, she honed her expertise across renowned names including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and Taj. Throughout her journey, she has steadily built a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and guest relations.
A specialist in pre-opening hotel operations, Diksha brings a proven track record of developing and implementing Front Office SOPs, leading recruitment and team training, and ensuring full operational readiness ahead of hotel launches. Her expertise in implementing Property Management Systems (PMS) has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and seamless team performance. In her current role, she oversees all front office operations at the resort, including guest check-in and check-out procedures, VIP and Hilton Honors member experiences, pre-arrival communication strategies, upselling initiatives, and compliance with Hilton’s safety and brand standards.
