Gareth joins Ellenborough Park from Rhinefield House, where he successfully led operations, fostered a high standard of service and drove team engagement across all departments.
With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Gareth brings a collaborative leadership style and clear focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. His career includes senior management roles at renowned properties such as Rhinefield House, Stanbrook Abbey Hotel, and New Hall Hotel and Spa, where he gained extensive expertise across operations, food and beverage and guest relations. Gareth’s experience and strategic vision will bring fresh perspective to the dedicated team at Ellenborough Park.
From January, Gareth will work alongside the team, overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including the award winning spa, fine dining, and accommodation offerings at EllenboroughPark. His appointment comes at an exciting time for the hotel as it plans to also celebrate its 15th anniversary next year.
