Moustache Group of Hotels has launched Moustache Select in Mohanchatti near Rishikesh, strengthening its Select presence in Uttarakhand and expanding its Rishikesh footprint beyond the main town. Located in Mohan Chatti, the new property brings the brand into a quieter part of the wider Rishikesh region, offering travellers an offbeat stay experience while remaining connected to the destination’s main circuit. With this launch, the Moustache Group of hotels now has seven Select properties in Uttarakhand and 10 properties in the state across Hostels, Select and Luxuria.
The launch reflects how traveller preferences in Rishikesh are evolving. Rishikesh continues to draw travellers for its spiritual landmarks, yoga and adventure appeal, while there is also growing interest in stays that offer more space, calmer surroundings and a stronger connection to the landscape. Set in Bairagarh, the property is located 24.9 km from Tapovan and the main city centre.
