THE QUORUM, India’s leading members-only club, has signed its 4th club in India, in partnership with Machani Group, a legacy family conglomerate housing several businesses helmed on disruptive technology, real estate, education, and future mobility.

Located in Machani Group’s upcoming luxury mixed-use development “Regalium” in Bengaluru’s  Koramangala, THE QUORUM Bengaluru will span over 66,000 square feet. THE QUORUM will also introduce 30 hotel rooms in its Bengaluru club, marking the company’s foray into lodging. With an earmarked investment of INR 70+ crores, the establishment is projected to open doors in mid-2027.

As the company expands its business into adjacent lifestyle hospitality segments, it has also announced a new corporate identity, “Q COLLECTIVE.” With this evolution, the group marks a shift from only operating private members’ clubs to building a broader ecosystem of hosting venues, culinary destinations, wellness experiences, spaces for cultural exchange and connection—all united by the ethos of community, culture, and hospitality.

The group has appointed Srikant Peri as Chief Operating Officer of Q COLLECTIVE to lead this multi-format expansion. Srikant brings over 30 years of operational and leadership experience from some of the world’s most respected luxury hospitality names like The Oberoi Group, The Leela, Banyan Tree, Taj Hotels, and Hilton. Srikant’s mandate is to strengthen the group’s service DNA, scale its Pan-India footprint, and ensure that every new touchpoint carries the soul and service of its flagship establishment, THE QUORUM.

“What began as a single club in Gurugram has grown into a collection of spaces that span cities, formats, and functions,” said Vivek Narain, Founder and CEO. “We’re delighted to be partnering with Regalium in Bengaluru for our next club. It’s a destination built as a canvas for global capital, creativity, and community — a natural fit with what we stand for at THE QUORUM. On the people front, with Srikant’s arrival, we’re deepening our operational strength as we prepare for a much larger, bolder and more ambitious future.”

Srikant PeriCOO, added: “What excites me about Q COLLECTIVE is its human heartbeat. These aren’t just spaces, they’re invitations to connect. My focus will be on building teams and systems that preserve the warmth and intention that this brand is known for, even as we scale across new markets and verticals.”

Q COLLECTIVE’s flagship brand, THE QUORUM, operates three clubs presently. THE QUORUM Gurgaon, launched in 2018, spans 35,000 square feet as an intimate space designed for connection and curation. In 2021, an expansion to Mumbai brought THE QUORUM’s concept to Lower Parel with a sprawling 55,000-square-foot club, and in 2024, THE QUORUM Hyderabad joined the fold, with another 85,000-square-foot club in the city’s fast-growing Hi-Tech City.

In 2023, the lifestyle hospitality group also expanded into the banqueting and events business with the launch of its second venture, district150. Developed in partnership with Sattva Group and Blackstone India Real Estate, district150 is positioned as a public square in Hyderabad’s Hi-Tech City. It is designed to host a wide spectrum of events, from spontaneous gatherings and curated experiences to corporate events & conferences. It is also home to celebrated F&B destinations like Cafe Reed, Subko, and The Wine Corner in Hyderabad.

In Mumbai, the group also operates The Business Quarter and The PavilionThe Business Quarter, a 50,000 square-foot co-working space, is solely owned by Quorum Club Private Limited and caters to entrepreneurs who prefer co-working with on-call sushi and fully customised studio suites. The Pavilion, on the other hand, is a newly launched 200-seater events venue in Lower Parel, developed in partnership with Nucleus Office Parks—a 100% subsidiary of Blackstone India Real Estate. Designed as a versatile blank canvas, it is equipped to host everything from brand launches to art showcases and cultural events.

As India’s cultural capital expands beyond mindless consumption, Q COLLECTIVE founders Vivek Narain and Sonya Jehan have built a progressive lifestyle ecosystem—one that is shaped by community, not status.

“We’ve always believed that lifestyle hospitality should go beyond luxury. It should feel personal. It should feel like it belongs to you,” added Sonya JehanCo-Founder and Creative Director of Q COLLECTIVE.
