The Filter Coffee is set to unveil its all-new lunch and dinner menu across four of its outlets for dine-ins and on Swiggy & Zomato in the
first phase from today. Available at Kalyan Nagar, Indiranagar, Brookefield, and Koramangala, the new menu marks a meaningful evolution in the brand’s journey, moving beyond the quintessential South Indian to offer a well-rounded, everyday South Indian dining experience across lunch and dinner.
Crafted with care and intention, the new menu builds on the love and appreciation the brand has received over the years. It introduces a broader culinary journey, one that remains deeply rooted in authenticity but opens the door to new flavours, formats, and occasions that today’s customers are familiar with. From soup rasams and vibrant appetisers to wholesome mains, regional sides, and indulgent desserts, every dish has been thoughtfully curated to reflect the richness and variety of South India’s food cultures.
“Until now, our focus was on breakfast and light snacks, the kind of food people grew up with and kept coming back for. But with growing demand and evolving tastes, we felt ready to introduce a menu that brings even more depth to the experience. This new selection is about honouring time-tested traditions while making room for the way people eat today, through the week, with family, or even late at night via delivery. It’s a continuation of everything our customers already love, now made more expansive,” saidAvinit Bagri, Co-founder, The Filter Coffee.
Standout dishes include the bold Ennai Kathirikkai paired with flaky bun parottas or ghee rice, Malabar Paneer from Kerala, Chettinad Mushroom Gravy from Tamil Nadu, and Mangalore Aloo Curry from Karnataka. The Malabar Paneer Gravy and Bun Parotta is already a team favourite. For dessert, nostalgic flavours come alive in dishes like Kavuni Rice Pudding and Broken Wheat Jaggery Payasam, each designed to offer comfort, balance, and regional familiarity.
“What makes this menu truly special is the depth of thought that’s gone into every dish. We’ve gone back to the roots to understand how these recipes were shaped, by region, by climate, by local availability. The roots of these dishes can be traced back to the times long before refrigeration was invented. We’ve kept that spirit alive in our kitchens. Every spice has been chosen with purpose, every gravy crafted to be distinct, and every dish paired the way it was meant to be,” added Sankrit Iyer, Co-founder, The Filter Coffee.
Starting today, The Filter Coffee will also introduce an all-new Dosa Buffet, featuring over 28 varieties, including Podi Onion Dosai, Signature Masala Dosai, Paper Ghee Roast, and Classic Uthappams. This unique, all-you-can-eat experience is served on our customary banana leaves along with our fresh signature chutneys and sambar. Priced at ₹399 per person, this unlimited buffet is a vibrant celebration of South India’s tiffin culture.
This exciting new menu is priced at approximately ₹500 for two, with options of half-sized portions of their most popular dishes as well. The new menu will be available for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery across 4 locations in Bengaluru. It reflects The Filter Coffee’s continued commitment to authenticity, freshness, and bringing back the joy of everyday South Indian meals, crafted with care, served with pride, and rooted in legacy.
