Chef Sachin Joshi brings over 30 years of rich culinary experience to his role as Executive Chef at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. Chef Joshi began his illustrious career in 1992. Since then, he has worked with some of the most iconic hotels in India, including Taj Krishna, Taj Deccan, Taj Exotica, and Vivanta-Taj Blue Diamond.
His vast experience spans a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Italian, French, South Indian, and Pan-Asian, with a special emphasis on using the best quality ingredients, cooked in an uncomplicated yet flavorful style. Chef Joshi believes that food is more than just sustenance – it’s about creating memorable moments, and he strives to deliver dishes that evoke warmth, yumminess, and a sense of togetherness.
